The Episcopal Business Administration Conference (EBAC) is the Church Pension Group’s annual conference for diocesan administrators and leadership staff, and administrators of large parishes. EBAC is particularly useful for those responsible for “all things CPG” – financial, administrative, insurance, and overall employee benefits functions of a diocese or parish. Participants learn about the Church Pension Group’s current policies, products, services, and new initiatives under development. Additionally, EBAC provides professional development, networking, and resource-sharing opportunities with other professionals in diocesan and parish leadership roles.
